Be your own body goals

It's hard to not give in to the never-ending spiral of body shaming.  You know the part where you're standing in front of the mirror squeezing the extra fat around your belly, shaking your bat arms and hoping to fly away from this thing you call your body. Heaven forbid you to get on social media and see all the beautiful women down your news feed, whose body seems to never see a stretch mark or cellulite. I've been there! I actually resided on Shameville avenue for years. Always comparing my body and how I looked to other women. If there's one thing I've learned it is....YOU'VE GOT TO BE THE CHANGE YOU WANT TO SEE.
STOP complaining. STOP procrastinating. STOP doubting yourself. Be your own body goals.  Create the body you oh so deserve.  You have the power and the strength to make those positive changes. Trust me sis, your body and wardrobe will thank you for it. :-0
